Effective Cleaning Services Cancellation Policy
At Effective Cleaning Services, we pride ourselves on providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services across Ireland. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our cleaning teams, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Standard Cancellations (General & Deep Cleaning Services)

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 10% handling fee.
This covers administrative costs, credit card processing, and scheduling resources.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the service fee.
This is due to last-minute schedule gaps that cannot be filled.
2. Rescheduling Policy

General Cleaning Services
Rescheduling a service within 72 hours is considered a cancellation, and the full service fee will apply.

Deep Cleaning Services
Rescheduling within 72 hours will incur a €70 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed.
3. Cleaning Plans (Subscription Services)

Clients enrolled in monthly or recurring cleaning plans (minimum 3-month term) cannot cancel their plan before the term ends.
Plans are binding until the end of the agreed 3-month period.

After the 3-month minimum term, clients must rebook to start their subscriptions
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made:

The time and date of your request will be recorded when the message is received.
5. Refunds
All applicable refunds (if any) will be processed within 21–31 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
