CLEANERS

We cannot guarantee that the cleaner you choose at the time of booking will actually be the one who comes. If you want a specific person, please send us an email asking for availability. 

CLIENT POLICY

Booking any of our cleaning services means you agree to our client  policy.

CLEANING DATES CHANGING

For changing your cleaning date please contact us 4 days in advance to avoid being charged.

PRICE CHANGES

New price changes are coming with effect from the 15th of September 2022.

TRANSPORT FEE

A transport fee is charged for all deep cleaning services to carry equipment and chemicals. 

CANCELLATIONS

Once-off General Cleaning is cancelled according to the client's policy. 
Bi-weekly and Weekly general cleaning cannot be cancelled.

IMAGES


Before and after pictures will be taken during the cleaning. They will not be used for any commercial purposes, simply to ensure that the work is completed.
